Your Responsibilities

As a seasonal property caretaker, you will be part of our management organization that performs operations and maintenance of our properties in Bollnäs. You will work closely with the property technicians who operate within the property portfolio.

You enjoy technical tasks mixed with classic property maintenance. Your tasks will include everything from ongoing property maintenance, repairs, cleaning, gardening, and service. In short, everything needed to care for our properties, areas, and tenants in the best possible way.

Your Background/Your Qualities

You are technically inclined and a problem solver with a strong work ethic. You are stress-resistant and have a strong sense of responsibility and order. You possess good social skills and are service-oriented, as the job involves a lot of contact with both tenants and suppliers.
